By proceeding with your reservation and submitting payment, you

(the "Guest") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement

carefully.

1. Reservation and Payment

• A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

• If the reservation is within 30 days of the check-in date, full payment is

required at the time of booking.

• If the reservation is more than 30 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required

at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% balance due 30 days before the

check-in date.

• Additional charges may apply for extra guests, services, or amenities.

• Reservations are final, and no refunds will be provided under any

circumstances.

2. Cancellations, Modifications, and No-Shows

• Reservations are final and non-refundable. Once booked, the reservation

cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

• In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full booking amount.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional

charges.

4. Credit Card Authorization & Charges

• By submitting your card details, you authorize The BH Bespoke Hospitality to

process charges related to your stay, including room charges, and

incidentals.

• If damages or violations are discovered after check-out, you authorize us to

charge your card for any additional cleaning, repairs, or losses incurred.

• All transactions are processed securely.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Absolutely no smoking is allowed on the premises. Smoking is prohibited in all

areas, including guest rooms and public spaces. Any violation will result in a

penalty fee for cleaning and restoration.

• Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of their room and the

property.

• Guests agree not to engage in unlawful behavior or disturb other guests.

6. Privacy and Data Use

• Personal information submitted through this website is securely

stored and processed.

• We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to

fulfill your reservation or comply with legal obligations.

7. Force Majeure

• The BH Bespoke Hospitality shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in

performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but

not limited to natural disasters, power outages, pandemics, or government

restrictions.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• The BH Bespoke Hospitality is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged

personal items.

• Use of hotel amenities is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for their own

safety and conduct.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, The BH Bespoke Hospitality disclaims all

liability for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your stay.

By completing this reservation and submitting your payment, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these terms and conditions.

• You authorize The BH Bespoke Hospitality to charge your card for the

reservation and any applicable charges.

• You agree to comply with all hotel rules and policies during your stay.
